We offer both in-person sessions at our Kranj location and virtual coaching via secure video conferencing. Choose the format that works best for your lifestyle. Virtual sessions provide the same level of personalized attention and support as in-person appointments, making it convenient regardless of your location.

The duration of coaching varies based on your goals and needs. Some clients benefit from short-term programs lasting 8-12 weeks, while others prefer ongoing support for several months. During your first session, we'll discuss realistic timelines and create a plan that works for you. Many clients continue with periodic check-ins even after reaching their initial goals.

Insurance coverage varies depending on your policy and provider. Some plans may cover nutrition coaching if it's recommended by your healthcare provider. We recommend checking directly with your insurance company. We're happy to provide documentation of our services for insurance reimbursement purposes.
